Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate representing the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have preferred this present writ petition with an innocuous prayer for a direction upon the learned Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application and its connected application as expeditiously as possible on the returnable date i.e. 11th December, 2024. Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State respondents, did not oppose such prayer. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the learned Tribunal to make a sincere endeavor to dispose of the original application and its connected application on the returnable date i.e. on 11th December, 2024 or within a period of 2 (two) months thereafter, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
