E.S.I.C Mr. Prabir Chowdhury Mr. Pratick Chandra Das ...For the Respondents The writ petition is directed against an order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal on 27th April, 2021 by which the Tribunal has passed an interim order directing the petitioners not to discharge the original applicant/respondent no. 1 till the next date of listing of the matter before the Tribunal. The matter was supposed to be listed on 14th June, 2021.

The Tribunal, having regard to the fact that the persons similarly placed were granted interim relief in an earlier proceeding being O.A 777 of 2019, extended such benefit to the original applicant/respondent no. 1.

We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Tribunal extending the interim order till the next date of listing.

On such consideration, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal.

WPCT 45 of 2021 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
