1. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the suit from which the appeal arises has been disposed of on compromise and, as such, the appellants do not want to proceed further with the appeal. Written instruction in that regard, filed today in Court, as well as a copy of the compromise decree in the suit, are handed over and are kept on record.

2. Accordingly, FMA 858 of 2022 is dismissed for nonprosecution in the light of the above observations.

3. CAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
