1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner on April 5, 2026.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the voter list on April 1, 2026. Thereafter the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the SIR Tribunal on April 5, 2026 but till date the appeal is pending.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, WPA 10421 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the Appellate Tribunal to

dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner being Appeal No. APS2508G050426843350 dated April 4, 2026 as early as possible.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
