Mr. Bhanja, learned advocate representing the respondent CGST authorities does not oppose such prayer.

2. Let a copy of the communication dated 15th February, 2025 as placed before this Court be retained with the record.

3. Affidavit-in-opposition filed in Court today on behalf of the respondent CGST authorities is taken on record.

4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and on the basis of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, let the writ petition, being WPA 10734 of 2021, be dismissed as withdrawn. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
