Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that prayer for anticipatory bail of coaccused persons including Hanif Mondal, petitioner no.2 herein has been turned down by a coordinate Bench of this court. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses disclose involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime. Prayer for pre-arrest bail of co-accused persons including Hanif Mondal, petitioner no.2 herein has been turned down by a coordinate Bench of this court. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
