Mr. Sourav Chaudhuri, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, his client wishes to withdraw this writ petition with a leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action as there is some formal defect in the writ petition. He further submits that no affidavit was directed to be filed in the writ petition neither any interim order was passed.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 9951 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
