Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent Certificate Officer, South 24 Parganas/respondent No. 2 in executing the certificate in case No. 55/Misc./2015-16 issued on 18th December, 2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 8470 of 2018 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to take steps for execution of the aforesaid certificate in question positively within twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order without granting any adjournment to any of the interested parties.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
