The order dated 11th August, 2025 is mentioned for correction.

In the second line of first paragraph under M.A.T No. 648 of 2025 and M.A.T. No. 649 of 2025 at the bottom of the first page of the order dated 11th August, 2025, after the dated 24.04.2025 the date 11.02.2025 shall be added. In the seventh line of paragraph two at page two of the order dated 11th August, 2025, the expression "08.04.2025" shall stand corrected to read as "06.10.2023". At the end of paragraph four of the said order, the following sentence shall be added: "certified copies of the impugned orders filed in Court today are taken on record".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 11th August, 2025.

The other portions of the order dated 11th August, 2025 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
