Petitioners apprehend that his liberty may be curtailed in view of the warrant of arrest issued by the learned special court in connection with Raghunathganj P. S. Case No. 619/2013 dated 04-09-2013. State has submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the warrant of arrest, proclamation and attachment is still pending. Having regard to the same and the fact that there is an undertaking by the learned advocate for the petitioners, I direct that the execution of WPA be stayed till 30th May, 2024. If the petitioners appear before the learned trial court/special court in connection with the aforesaid case, they may be released on bail subject to furnishing fresh bond provided they were earlier on bail in connection with the instant case. The petitioners would furnish fresh bond before the learned special court on such terms as the learned special court deems fit and

proper.

However, if the petitioners do not appear by 30th May, 2024, the learned special court on the next working day would be at liberty to revive order relating to proclamation and insist on execution of the same upon the appropriate authorities.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1594 of 2024 is disposed of.
