27.08.2021 Item no.2.

Court No.32.

AB (Via Video Conference) CRM No. 4226 of 2021 In Re: An Application for Bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Bantra Police Station Case No.116 of 2010 Dated 24.10.2010 under Sections 395 397/412 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act And In the matter of : Raju Rao ......Petitioner.

Mr. S. Basu Roychoudhury ......for the Petitioner.

Mr. Madhusudan Sur, ld. APP, Mr. D. Paramanick ......for the State.

Vide our order dated August 17, 2021, we had granted bail to the petitioner on condition that he will furnish a bond of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Howrah. The petitioner submits that the concerned Court should be the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. It was erroneously submitted on earlier occasion that bail should be granted to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. We have heard learned Counsel for the State.

Let the order dated August 17, 2021 be corrected by substituting "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah" in the place and stead of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Howrah."

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated August 17, 2021.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.) (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
