1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor victim. She was brought to a hotel under the excuse of a photo shoot. Thereafter, petitioner had raped her.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
