APP Mr. Utsav Datta ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person, namely, Rohit Sk @ Rohid Sk who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 758 of 2026.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the recovery was from the present petitioner and the other accused person.

However, I find that the present petitioner is similarly placed as Rohit Sk @ Rohid Sk who has been granted bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the present petitioner, namely, Liyakat Ali @ Niyakat Ali is allowed

on the same terms and conditions on which Rohit Sk @ Rohid Sk was granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 758 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 892 of 2026 is allowed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
