There were certain conditions which restrained the petitioner from entering his jurisdiction.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which do not speak adverse against the present petitioner. Consequently, the conditions imposed against the present petitioner be waived.

However, the petitioner be physically present on each and every date of the trial so fixed by the learned trial court and, in case, the learned trial court is of the opinion that any condition(s) is required for ensuring appearance of the petitioner, it would be the absolute discretion of the learned trial court to impose such condition(s).

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
