Naba Gouranga Bera v. Juthika Bera Mondal

Juthika Bera (Mondal) Mr. Shoham Sanyal ..for the petitioner It has been pointed out that the year of the civil revisional application was wrongly typed as "2025" instead of "2024" in the order dated 30th April, 2025. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the minor daughter in the said order has been wrongly mentioned as "Adrita Bera" instead of "Adrija Bera".

It has also been pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the surname of the learned advocate on record has wrongly mentioned as "Sanyat" instead of "Sanyal".

Let such errors be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 30th April, 2025.
