The grievance of the petitioner relate to the discharge application pending since 2018.

Having regard to the prayer so advanced, I direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st court, Serampore, Hooghly who is in seisin of the matter being Special Case No. 1 of 2028 would dispose of the discharge application, if not already disposed of within 60 days of the communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1520 of 2023 is disposed of. Connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
