Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of having all the documents in her custody she is prevented from constructing a boundary wall. To that effect petitioner approached the Executive Magistrate also. However, since the private respondents are disturbing and interfering the petitioner till date could not raise any boundary wall.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that so far as the land which has been referred to by the petitioner as well as the respondents, the same requires demarcation which has been referred to the B.L. & L.R.O. So far as the complaint of the petitioner regarding the excesses being inflicted a case being Narayanpur PS case

no. 102/2025 dated 01.05.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Since the B.L. & L.R.O, Rajarhat has already been requested for demarcation of the land and the police authorities are awaiting for the same, I am of the view that so far as the boundary wall which is to be constructed the same cannot be without any direction of B.L. & L.R.O. concerned.

So far as the law and order situation is concerned, the police authorities would continue their surveillance and would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10007 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
