Report submitted by Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State reflects that the evidence of the victim is over and the next date has been fixed on 9th August, 2023. The interim bail earlier granted is hereby confirmed. However, so far as the conditions which were imposed earlier on 26.04.2023 by this Court would continue till further orders.
