The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 19.10.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge in-charge, South 24-Parganas, Alipore in Criminal Motion No. 461 of 2023. The issue relating to grievance of the petitioner is the interim order of stay being granted in respect of the maintenance awarded in the proceedings being ACM Case No. 38 of 2022. As the revisional application is presently pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Fast Track Court, Alipore, I direct that the revisional application be disposed of within a period of sixty days from the next date so fixed.

It has brought to the notice of this Court that the next date is fixed on 04.05.2024. In case the revisional application is not disposed of and/or for any reason the time line is stretched, I direct that the interim order passed in the revisional application on 19.10.2023 will stand automatically vacated.

The learned revisional court will be at liberty to fix as many number of dates it thinks fit and proper, but will not stretch the time line beyond the time period which has been fixed by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1601 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
