There are materials in the case diary to suggest that the petitioner is engaged in the extortion of money. There are materials in the case diary which suggests that petitioner is involved in the present police case. Provisions of Arms Act stand attracted in the present police case.

Prima facie case as against the petitioner stands made out.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1780 of 2023 is rejected.
