The State of West Bengal The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing of the charge sheet being No. 663 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015 arising out of Hasnabad P.S. Case No. 316 dated 12.07.2013 under Section 17 of the Citizenship Act, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Basirhat.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
