He submits the seizure of narcotics was not made in accordance with law. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the statement of witnesses as the contemporaneous document, namely, seizure list prima facie disclosing recovery of narcotic substance above commercial quantity from the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts and statuary restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
