Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in M-Ex Case No. 182 of 2023 a sum of Rs.1,08,000/- has accumulated as arrears. The petitioner happens to be the mother and the two opposite parties happen to be the son of the petitioner.
Having considered the arrears which have accumulated, I direct that the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat would direct the opposite parties to pay 25% of the amount by 01.06.2024 and the rest of the 75% amount in three equal instalments by 30.11.2024. The learned Magistrate will not stretch the time of the execution case considering the age of the present petitioner and the regular expenses which may be required to maintain herself.
With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1602 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
