An order of removal of service dated 13th November, 1992 is assailed in the instant writ petition in the year 2003. On the date of affirmation of affidavit (19th March, 2002) the petitioner was aged about 41 years. During the pendency of the instant writ petition the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. The instant matter is running in the list from 27th August, 2021.

In view of such circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
