The petitioner was declared as a proclaimed offender. Petitioner stands implicated in an incident of murder along with possession of fire arms.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1785 of 2023 is dismissed.
