The petitioners are in custody for more than a year and renew their prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. The victim lady is also represented.

Bail prayer of the petitioners was turned down by this Court on 26th February, 2025. There is no change in circumstance of the case which warrants a favourable order for the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The application for bail is disposed of.
