Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal learned advocates in due course.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that the revisional application is pending 2011. Petitioner did not take any step even by serving upon the opposite party since 14.6.2011. From the record, it appears that on 25.2.2011, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura passed an order showing framing of charge under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code and contents of charge was explained to the accused and who pleaded not guilty and claimed to be tried and a date was fixed for evidence in the case.

In the aforesaid matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the proceedings pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura under Sections 420/406 of the I.P.C. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. The learned Registrar(Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura forthwith.
