Mr. Saumit Kr. Mondal ...for the petitioners The writ petition is taken up for consideration when accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the petitioner on personal ground of the learned advocate who is representing the petitioners.
However, on perusal of the previous orders it appears that on identical ground adjournment was sought for on 17th October, 2023 and subsequently 28th November, 2023.
On 28th November, 2023 Court directed the learned advocate representing the petitioners to obtain instruction and to serve notice upon the respondents. In view of aforesaid scenario the prayer which has been made on behalf of the petitioners to adjourn the matter further stands refused.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
