No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 1783 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Bhutni Police Station Case No. 158 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022 under Sections 341/325/326/307/379/411/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

...... petitioners Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ....for the petitioners Mr. Binoy Panda Mr. Subham Bhakat ....for the State In an incident of assault, the injured suffered severe injuries. A piece of muscle was detached from the left heel. He was also suffered deep incised wound on the left hand and right forearm.

Petitioners stand implicated in such incident of assault. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1783 of 2023 is dismissed.
