Case No. 2166 of 1997 has been disposed of 18.04.2012 and the accused person was acquitted under Section 248 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
