In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought several reliefs, inter alia, for quashing of impugned show-cause-notice dated 4th May, 2021 and intimation dated 8th April, 2021 which also provides liberty of hearing to the petitioner.

Considering these facts I am of the view that this writ petition is pre-mature and the petitioner is still has the scope of raising his grievance against the impugned show-cause-notice and impugned intimation before the authority concerned, who has issued such notice and intimation and in that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, being WPA 11390 of 2021 and is dismissed as "pre-mature".

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner to take all the points raised in this writ petition before the respondent authority concerned.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed this writ petition within the time available to him to file reply to the show-cause-notice, time to file reply to the show-cause-notice and the intimation is extended till 15th September, 2021.
