It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the appropriate Police Authorities have already registered a criminal case and have initiated appropriate proceedings.

The State is represented and does not object to such submission made on behalf of the petitioners. In fact, it is submitted by the State that the grievance of the petitioners has already been dealt with.

In view of the aforesaid, WPA 9601 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.
