In the first paragraph of this bail petition, the petitioner has stated that he has never filed any application for bail before this Court. This is a patently false statement as is demonstrated by learned Advocate for the State by producing copy of an order dated March 23, 2021 passed in CRM No.962 of 2021 whereby the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected. The petitioner has indulged in sharp practice and falsehood. Hence, we are not inclined even to consider the petitioner's prayer for bail.

CRM No.4256 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
