1. Revisional application is directed against an order by which, learned Court fixed interim maintenance. Final maintenance is yet to be fixed. Interim maintenance fixed is Rs.15,000/- per month.

2. In response to a query of the Court, learned advocate for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that the petitioner is employed as a primary teacher with Government institution.

3. Salary of the petitioner therefore can accommodate Rs.15,000/- per month. Interim maintenance has awarded by the impugned order.

4. Moreover, the impugned order is interim in nature. Furthermore, the interim order contains reasons as to why such interim maintenance was fixed.

5. I find no material irregularity in the order impugned warranting an interference.

6. CRR/1942/2025 along with the connected application are dismissed.
