Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4.

The allegation of the petitioner is against the authorities of Patuli Police Station. According to the petitioner, the police authorities have failed and neglected to provide assistance to the petitioner. It is further alleged that the police authorities have failed to take steps against the respondent nos. 3 and 4 who have allegedly obstructed the petitioner in the running his business. A written complaint to that effect, was lodged on April 27, 2022.

The Officer-in-Charge, Patuli Police Station has filed a report. The same is taken on record. It appears from the said report that the oil mill of the petitioner named as 'New Gandheswari Oil Mill' has

remained closed since long as the CESC had disconnected the electricity connection.

The Secretary of the Ramgrarh Bazar and other fish sellers of the said market, were also contacted by the police authorities who had stated that they were running their business since long, in the surrounding areas of the mill. However, the police authorities found that no disturbance was created by any of the fish sellers.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Officer-inCharge, Patuli Police Station to ensure that the petitioner's free ingress and egress to and from the oil mill, is not get obstructed and no disturbance takes place in front of the oil mill.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
