And In Re : Amit Halder @ Bakai ...... petitioner Mr. Atis Kumar Biswas Mr. Amit Singh Ms. Jyoti Agarwal ....for the petitioner Mr. Imran Ali Ms. Manisha Sharma ....for the State In an incident of assault, the injured suffered fracture on the left temporal bone.

Considering the nature of injury suffered by the victim and considering the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1788 of 2023 is dismissed.
