The petitioners seek consideration of the legal representation dated 3rd March, 2023.

Without entering into the merit of the allegations made in the said representation, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Asansol Municipal Corporation to consider the same in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. It will be open for all the parties to rely upon all documents in support of their respective stand at the time of hearing. The proceeding, if not initiated, shall be proceeded with and concluded positively within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation dated 3rd March, 2023 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. The writ petition stands disposed of.
