It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the proceeding the respondent no. 1 company has been admitted to a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). 2.

In view of the above, WPA 10455 of 2026 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate all his grievances in accordance with law in the Insolvency Proceedings. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open to be decided by the Appropriate Authorities. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to take necessary steps as advised.
