Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the deceased was last seen with the petitioners along with other persons. In response to the query from the Court he submits that the police submitted charge-sheet. He also submits that there are warrants of arrest issued against the petitioners. Considering the materials in the case diary and the complicity of the petitioners in the incident, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. CRM 4260 of 2021 is dismissed.
