Learned advocate representing the Dubrajpur Municipality has filed a communication made by the Chairman of the Municipality to its learned advocate dated July 6, 2023 along with money receipt signed by the petitioner on July 5, 2023 mentioning that the honorarium of the petitioner for the period June 1, 2019 to January 31, 2022 i.e. thirty-two months @ 10,000/- per month amounting to Rs. 3,20,000/- only has been credited to her bank account through IFMS. The petitioner has acknowledged and issued receipt thereof. The learned advocate representing the petitioner admits receiving the amount of Rs. 3,20,000/- only.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, however, submits that the puja bonus of Rs. 8,700/- for the years 2022 and 2021 is yet to be disbursed.

The Municipality is directed to disburse the outstanding puja bonus in favour of the petitioner at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
