Considering the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act delay caused in presenting recalling application is condoned and application being CAN 2 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Having perused the explanation offered this court finds that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented before the court when the writ petition stood dismissed for default. Hence, order dated 10th April, 2024 is recalled.

Writ petition is restored to its original file and number. Application being CAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of.
