1. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner impersonated the land owner.

2. Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of investigation.

3. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

4. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. C.R.M. (A) 1383 of 2024 is dismissed.
