In Re: CAN 1 of 2025 This is application for recalling the order dated 22nd July, 2025 by which the instant revisional application was dismissed for default. Considering the grounds as made out in the application the order dated 22nd July, 2025 is hereby recalled in the interest of justice.

WPA 8475 of 2011 is restored to its own file and number.

Department to note accordingly.

CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.

Petitioner to serve notice of restoration in respect of the writ application and the matter to appear for hearing in the Monthly List of November, 2025.

The interim order passed on 19.05.2011passed in this case be also restored.
