Ahsanuzzaman Mr. Rinku Sen ... for the State-respondents The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his complaint addressed to the officer in charge of Moyna Police Station as well as to the Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur remain unattended.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, which reflects that Moyna P.S. Case No. 149 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024 has been registered for investigation under Sections 447/506/34of the IPC.

Having considered that the

preliminary grievance for which the petitioner has approached this court, has been subserved, so far as the other issues are concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned jurisdictional court.

The police authorities are directed to ensure that the private respondents who are at loggerhead with the present petitioner are not harassing him in enjoying his property.

If the police authorities require, they would bound them by a bond so that they are unable to create any further disturbances.

The police authorities are also directed to keep a strict vigil so that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locale as because, prima facie, the police authorities found that cognizable offence has been made out for registration of the FIR.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10840 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.
