Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner applied for general transfer from Purulia to Durgapur on the ground of distance after completion of nine years of service in the present school.

In those circumstances, The Chairman, DPSC, Purulia shall forward the petitioner's application with comments to the Secretary, WBBPE.

4.

On receipt of the comments from the Chariman, DPSC, Purulia, the Secretary, Board shall within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy shall take a decision in the matter strictly in terms of the applicable Rules offline.

Let the decision be communicated to the petitioner forthwith thereafter. Let a copy of this order

along with a copy of this writ petition be served on the Chairman, DPSC, Purulia and the Board.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.

There will be no order as to costs.
