Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship between the victim and the petitioner. However, the petitioner is not involved. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary particularly the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the contents in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 4273 of 2021 is dismissed.
