The petitioner has joined after the first transfer under the DPSC, Paschim Medinipur at Nimkuria J. B. Primary School on 9th October, 2020. She seeks intra district transfer on the ground of distance. She has not completed five years of service in the present school. 3.

Therefore, she cannot apply for transfer in terms of amended Rules of 2002.

Accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The instant writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
