Case No. 26 dated 17.04.2025 under the relevant provisions of law. Another case being Panchasayar P.S. Case No. 24

dated 16.04.2025 has been initiated against the petitioner on the basis of an information furnished by the respondent no.

The report further reflects that there have been two extra gates installed which is the subject-matter of dispute and the same, according to the police report, is an attempt for allegedly grabbing a part of the plot belonging to the KMC.

Be that as it may, the police authorities are well aware regarding the ground reality existing. Since there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil as also ensure that no untoward incident results because of strained relationship existing between the parties.

The police authorities would also ensure that none of the parties take the law in their own hand. If there are

dispute regarding demarcation of property, in that case, appropriate authorities being the KMC would be called for to demarcate the same.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9986 of 2025 is disposed of.
