The petitioners seek relaxation of conditions of bail that was granted to them by an order dated April 22, 2024, passed in CRM (DB) 1240 of 2024.

The State has filed a report objecting to the prayer of the petitioners. According to the State, the petitioners have not been reporting regularly to the concerned Police Station in terms of the bail order.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners has been supplied a copy of the report. He seeks leave to file an exception to the said report.
