1. It is not in dispute that the issue involved in this writ petition which is stated to be a recruitment scam in the State of West Bengal for which the petitioner seeks for an investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation is being dealt with in a batch of cases by the Hon'ble Division Bench to which the matter has been assigned pursuant to the direction issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. Therefore, if the petitioner has any documents in support of his contention, it will be well open to the petitioner to intervene those proceedings which are pending and seek leave of this Court to place materials before the Court to be considered and a decision to be taken in that regard. By entertaining a separate writ petition, it will result in multiplicity of proceedings and may also result in

inconsistent orders.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the writ petitioner to intervene in the pending proceedings, if so advised.
